No matter where you’re celebrating, we invite you to elevate your holiday gatherings with our special SAINT CROIX Blood Orange Bourbon Sour recipe.

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 oz bourbon (go with your favorite or try something local for a new twist)

1 oz fresh squeezed blood orange juice

1 oz lemon juice

½ oz lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

1 dash Angostura bitters

1 splash of cherry juice

Blood orange slices as a garnish

Instructions:

1 – Push down and roll your blood oranges across the counter a few times – this will help release the juices. Cut each in half and extract the juice with a juicer or press. If using fresh lemons and limes, do the same with those.

2 – Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in your bourbon, blood orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and that splash of cherry juice. Cover and give it a few good shakes.

3 – Place a few ice cubes in your glass, pour in the cocktail and garnish with an orange slice, enjoy!
