We at St. Croix Shop strive to ensure the safety of our customers and our communities. We are working to ensure that your orders arrive in a timely manner, but we ask your patience if we experience disruptions in shipping or deliveries.
If you select 'Second Business Day' or 'Next Business Day', your order must be placed by 12:00 noon Mountain Time to qualify. Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available.
Most orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery by UPS Ground should occur within 5-10 days. You will be notified by phone or e-mail of any item not available, delays or backorders. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or from the same location. Your order may be shipped from multiple locations, however, you will only be charged for one shipping charge.
You will be billed for items that have been shipped. Shipping to another address or credit verification may cause delays. For your protection, we will take the time to verify all 'Ship To' orders.
Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

This cost will be charged to you at the time of your purchase and is the cost for shipping and handling only. Additional costs related to duties and taxes ARE THE PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY and will be collected by USPS via C.O.D. at the time of delivery.
We ship all orders to Canada via USPS (United States Postal Service) ground. Normal delivery time takes 7-14 business days once the order has been shipped. With all Canadian shipments, we must send all orders from our main office location. Please realize that this may delay the shipment date up to one week due to the necessary transferring of inventory.
International Shipments (All Countries except Canada)
We are currently unable to offer international shipping to areas outside the United States and its territories.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We’re confident you’ll find St. Croix clothing to be the finest and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within thirty days of delivery/purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund.
All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in unaltered condition with original tags attached.
Select Sale merchandise, cologne, and gift certificates are not eligible for return.
We only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased on our website or at a St. Croix store. St. Croix items purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
Every return is entirely up to the discretion of management.

All trousers are unhemmed with open bottom so they can be altered to a perfect length. St. Croix's premium denim jeans and casual pants have hemmed bottoms in a longer length, and can be altered to your exact fit. For alterations on online orders, please provide a tailor's receipt to receive up to $15 reimbursement for trouser alteration. Excludes sale items and Jack of Spades denim and jeans.
